Our Parts Dept. staff is knowledgeable and well experienced in the mobile/manufactured home
industry.
Shipping and Handling: Shipping is available worldwide. MHD will try to ship the most economical
means (via US Postal, FedEx, UPS, etc.). Items that fall outside of the size and weight restrictions would have to be shipped
freight. Resident
destinations are subject to higher rates than that of a business address. In the case of
materials arriving damaged,
refuse delivery and notify MHD ASAP. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. (Also see Shipping/Delivery)
Returns: Unless shipped in error, Mobile Home Depot Inc. will not accept any merchandise for return
without prior written authorization from Customer Service. Only products in our current offering, in good resalable
condition will be considered. All returns, (except when a direct result of Mobile Home Depot Inc. error) must be returned
freight paid and will be
charged a 15% restocking fee. Return requests beyond 30 days after invoice will not be
considered. Special order items
may not be returned. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable
