RUBBER ROOF  (ONE-PIECE PROTECTION)
ROYAL ROOF E.P.D.M. is not a coating that must be spread on. Rather it's a one-piece rubber
membrane with vulcanized seams. A maintenance-free end to leaky roofs. No more drip bucket. No more
sealant bucket. A ROYAL ROOF system will eliminate the need for both.

Prevents leakage. The ROYAL E.P.D.M. membrane simply won't leak. You and your belongings will
remain cozy and dry for years to come.

Maintenance free. You'll no longer have to worry about the ugly job of coating with a sealant. Once the
ROYAL system is in place, you can forget about sealing forever.

Reduces roof rumble. The ROYAL membrane limits annoying, wind-induced roof rumble that's a problem
with any metal roof.

Saves energy. The white ROYAL membrane with the addition of R-8 fiberglass insulation will help keep
your home cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.

Looks good. The ROYAL roofing system will add to the beauty of your home.

FM and UL approval. The ROYAL membrane is in compliance with both Factory Mutual and Underwriters
Laboratory guidelines for fire retardance.

Withstands temperature extremes. The ROYAL membrane won't crack or rupture no matter what the
outside temperature. Tests show it maintains resilience, tensile strength and flexibility at temperatures as
low as -75 deg. And can withstand temperatures as high as 300 deg.
